An initiative, created to support student learning and wellbeing. It comprises free online classes tailored to encourage creative thinking and fun interactions to help children navigate through the plethora of challenges facing their education during this COVID-19 era, through digital learning.
In response to the global COVID-19 outbreak, most governments have closed schools in an effort to contain the spread of the virus. While governments, health officials and other experts are doing their best to slow down the outbreak in our communities, there is also the need for societies and individuals to collaborate collectively to respond, ensure and provide quality education for all even during these exceptional times, to keep kids active, creative and healthy.
‘Kids At Home School Project’ is a free online ‘extracurricular’ educational program for kids between the ages of 7-14 years who may have little or no access to interactive learning. The Project is run solely by a diverse group of volunteers who share the vision of providing fun and creative learning for all during this covid-19 crisis. This would hopefully reduce the double financial burden of parents having to pay for their wards to be taught and also get internet bundles.

The Project is run by a diverse group of volunteers who share the common vision of providing fun extracurricular education for all during this covid-19 crisis, using online learning resources that support student learning and wellbeing and gives students a sense of belonging in a fun community.
The Project will officially run from October,2020, to help usher the kids smoothly back into their face-to-face learning in their respective schools,whenever this might be. Classes, for now, will be held every Friday, Saturday and Sunday with two classes each day. Each session will last for 45mins with each day starting with a 15min warm-up exercise.
Classes are online and delivered Live on Zoom, Facebook and Youtube, so you can easily interact with teachers. Missed a class, no worries, you can find recorded sessions right here or on our YouTube channel.
We are excited to award students who play full out, and follow through all their course requirements with certificates and amazing prizes at the end of the course.
